Pianist - Vassily Primakov Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto No. 1 Dvorak Symphony No. 9 in E minor (New World) The masterpiece series begins with two well-known and beloved classics. Moscow-born guest pianist Vassily Primakov is noted for his "blazing and deeply personal" playing. He joins our new Maestro for Tchaikovsky's passionate and noble piano concerto. Dvorak's musical tribute to our country, the New World Symphony, features many well-known melodies and is perhaps most famous for the melody "Goin' Home".
